Money and finance can be a pretty daunting thought, but it doesn't have to be. We want your transition into North West Kent College to be as smooth as possible. So, we have plenty of information in this section to help you understand what costs are involved and how you can find out if you are eligible for any financial support.
What is available?
The Learning Support Fund is available for any North West Kent College student to apply for. This funding is available to help eligible students with buying books, materials, kit and equipment, travel to college and more. We want to make sure that money isn't something that gets in the way of achieving your education.
Travel can be really expensive, but we are able to guide you into finding yourself better travel deals, through Arriva and Transport for London. Plus, we have free shuttle buses from Dartford town centre to the Dartford campus and from the Medway towns to the Gravesend campus, find out more on our Getting to College page.
Tuition Fees must be paid when coming to college, but who pays them is determined by your age and financial circumstances.
